Corrugation 150 is available for the Circular section of Imeva’s corrugated steel sheet culverts, a shape suitable for the routing of water, drainage, mains, and service tunnels, where soil compaction cannot reach high degrees and medium/great embankment heights must be supported.

The diameters in the table are nominal and refer to the theoretical circular section; the culverts have, in fact, an elliptical section with standard elongation of about 5% on the vertical axis, except for those up to 1, 98 m in diameter, which have a circular section. A circular pre-shaping can be carried out, on request, for all the indicated diameters.

The indicated dimensions, referred to the inside of the corrugation, are nominal and therefore subject to manufacturing tolerances.

The indicated thicknesses are nominal and refer to the ungalvanized raw element; for them the tolerances according to UNI EN 10051 apply. Different tolerances must be agreed in advance. As they are theoretical, the weights are also variable according to the tolerances applicable to the thickness.

The minimum height of the embankment must be determined with specific verification by the designer.

For all sections, the number of elements is approximate and may vary depending on the availability of the elements themselves.

The dimensions in this table are approximate and not binding.

If greater thicknesses than those in the table – related to embankment height –are selected, ask for feasibility in advance, due to the possible deformation of the holes when the “radius of curvature/thickness” ratio is reduced.
