The Imeva Code of Ethics
Imeva SpA has chosen to draw up its own Code of Ethics. This official document comprises rights and moral duties, defining each member’s ethical and social responsibility within the company organization. Through this document, Imeva guarantees proper and effective management of transactions and human relations, creating trust in the outside world.
Values such as conscience, reliability, accountability, and availability are essential elements in the organization and management of Imeva’s corporate responsibilities and represent the foundations on which the Code of Ethics grounds.
A guide for employees and stakeholders
Imeva Code of Ethics aims to prevent worker’s irresponsible or illegal behavior on behalf of the company; therefore, this document has been set in every company policy and procedure.
Within the operational framework, employees and collaborators must become aware of and sign Imeva’s Code of Ethics, thus becoming a fundamental guide to support them in making ethical decisions through methods and resources.
